1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using TopFun.gg products or services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for account security, credentials, and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

3. License Scope

  • Access is licensed, not sold.
  • License is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the purchased plan/device slots.
  • Resale, redistribution, account sharing, key sharing, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • You may not use the service to violate applicable law, platform policies, or third-party rights.
  • You may not attempt to bypass security, abuse APIs, scrape confidential endpoints, or interfere with service availability.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, and impersonation are prohibited.

5. Billing and Plan Duration

  • All plans are one-time charges and do not auto-renew.
  • Starter provides 1-week access, Pro provides 1-month access, and Lifetime provides permanent access.
  • Access duration starts at delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Delivery and Access

  • Delivery is performed through on-site access pages and email when configured.
  • You are responsible for checking inbox and Spam/Junk folders.
  • We may suspend, revoke, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or policy violations.

7. No Affiliation

TopFun.gg is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, platform, anti-cheat vendor, Stripe, or Discord.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted access, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopFun.gg and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including account actions by third parties, lost data, or lost profits.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to this page.
