Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales are generally final once access is delivered. Please review plan details carefully before purchase.
2. Possible Refund Exceptions
- Duplicate charge for the same order.
- Billing error caused by our system.
- Non-delivery cases where support cannot provide access after reasonable troubleshooting.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Violations of Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse.
- Compatibility issues caused by unsupported hardware/software not listed as supported.
- Account or platform actions taken by third parties.
4. Non-Recurring Billing
All plans are one-time charges and do not auto-renew. There is no recurring billing cycle to cancel.
5. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the charge unless a longer period is required by law in your jurisdiction.
6. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, contact support first. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate license revocation and account termination.
